ギア比が変わったのでドライブチェーンも交換

長さ調整してカット

リアホイールとステップ周り完成
Completed around the rear wheel and steps
次はマフラー
ステップ周りを追加したので取付出来なくなりました。
Next is the exhaust
I added around the step, so it can't be installed.
まずは一体型のブラケットをカット
First, cut the integrated bracket
どうにか仮組みしましたが、いいラインが出ません。
assemble it, but I can't get a good line.
ステップボードのブラケットに接触したり
Touch the bracket of the step board
キックアームにも当たるので
It also hits the kick arm
一度カット
Cut
まだ当たるので、逃しを作ります。
Still hitting
やっとイイラインが出ました。
Finally I got a good line.
次はフロント側
Next is the front side
ここもラインが出ないで
No line here either
一度カットして角度調整
Cut once and adjust the angle
ブレーキを踏んだ時にリンクが接触しなくて、キックを下ろした時に当たらない場所を探します。
Look for a place where the link does not touch when I put the brake and does not hit when I kick it.
マウントを新しく追加
Add new mount
旋盤でカラー製作。タップを切って
Make the color with a lathe. Cut the tap
ブラケットの内径に合わせて製作。
見えない所なのに手間がかかる作業ですが、ナットと同じネジ山数の強度で薄くする事ができます。

リアのマフラーマウントの為に製作しました。
I made it for the rear exhaust mount.
2個のパイプを1箇所で止めます。

地味な作業の連続で結局1日かかりましたが、どうにか完成💪
