SPARK & THROTTLE CONTROL CABLE/Clutch
SoCalには珍しく一日中大雨。
うちのバンは雨漏りが酷いのでガレージに無理矢理入れました。
新しいバンが来るまでの辛抱です😅

ガレージはもうパンパンです。
Our garage is full
アクセル側と手動進角側の動きが悪いので一度ワイヤーを全て抜いてオイルとグリスup。
Throttle side and advance side are not good, so pull out all wires and oil and grease up
手間はかかりますが驚くほど動きが良くなります。
It takes a time, but it has better than before.
クラッチ周りの動きが怪しいので点検していきす。
オイルを抜いて汚れと量を確認。
Check around the clutch.
Drain the oil, check the condition and amount
プライマリーカバー。何をやっても外れません。
The primary cover doesn't come off
旋盤で部品を製作しロウ付
making the parts with lathe and brazed
スライディングハンマーで
with Sliding hammer
カバーを壊さずに外せました。
I was able to remove it without breaking the cover
クラッチ周り点検
check around the clutch
割れあり
cracked
スチールプレートも摩耗しています。
The steel plate is also worn
クラッチハブもcheck
check the clutch hub
グリアーズ製の新品に変えます
replace to new one
ガタを見ながら組込ます。

check the clutch bearing
クラッチスプリング交換
replace the clutch spring
チェーンテンショナーのスプリング点検
Check the spring of the chain tensioner
トランスのドレンが怪しいので修正
fix the drain of trans
完成
試乗が楽しみです。
