クラッチスプロケットのブッシング。
ガタガタなので

Replace
メインシャフトのクラッチサイドのネジ山修正。
逆ネジです。
Fix the thread of the main shaft.
It is a left-hand screw
洗浄スタート
Start clean up
こびりついた汚れをひたすら落とします
Clean up again and again
洗浄後は
after clean up
ギアの状態確認、摩耗具合、割れ、クラックが無いか点検。
Check the gear condition and cracks
ケースに新しいベアリングを入れる用意
Prep to put a new bearing in the case
ケースをしっかり温めて圧入します。
Warm the case firmly and press it in.
クラスターギアシャフトブッシング。
オーバーサイズに交換
Cluster gear shaft bushing.
Replace with oversize
薄いトランスミッションケースを壊さないようにオーバーサイズを入れるのは少しコツがいります。
It's a little tricky to oversize so I don't break the thin transmission case.
ベアリングとブッシングの入れ替えが無事に終わりました。
The replacement of the bearing and bushing were completed.
クラスターギアのブッシングCheck
Check Cluster gear bushing
シャフトは摩耗があるので交換
Replace the shaft
ギアの中のオイルラインを確認
Check the oil line in the gear
クラスターギアを仮組みしてスラスト調整
Trial assemble the cluster gear and adjust the thrust
クラッチスプロケットに新しいブッシングを圧入
Press in new bushing into the clutch sprocket
メインシャフトに合わせてホーニング
