分解、洗浄。

新しいグリスをハブの中に入れます。
Put new grease in the hub.
遊び調整。ロックワッシャー追加。
Play adjustment. Added lock washer
フェルトとダストカバーを取り付け
Attach the felt and dust cover
ハブ、ブレーキ周り完成。
Completed around the hub and brake.
40SS。
ステムベアリングの動きに違和感があるので点検していきます。
Check the stem bearings
Wナットを外して
Remove the double nut
ベアリングの数が不足していました。
There were not enough bearings.
ベアリングレースには古いグリスが固まっています。
The bearing race is filled with old grease.
洗浄していきます。
Cleaning
ベアリングは新しく交換。
Replace with new bearings
洗浄後の点検
Check that after cleaning
新しいグリスを

21個のベアリングにも新しいグリスを
Also new grease for 21 bearings
トップクランプを取り付けてステムナットの締め具合を調整。
Attach the top clamp and adjust the tightness of the stem nut.
シャックルシャフトの調整。ガタなく動きが良い所で。
Adjust the shackle shaft.
フロント周りが終わりました。
