エンジンケースやシリンダーの割れ防止の為にマウントやボルト類は無理がない様に気をつけて組み付けます。
リンカートの取付
put the linkert
ダイナモは6vから12vに。ギア類も交換。
Change the dynamo from 6v to 12v, also replace the gears
エンジンスプロケットは破損あり…
The engine sprocket has damaged..
程度いい物に交換
Change it
プライマリーチェーンのクリップが無くなっている事を発見。
新しく交換
Change the primary chain clip
メインシャフトのプレイ確認
Check the main shaft play
チェーンスライダー点検。このスプリングはかなりの確率で死んでいます。新しく交換。
Check the chain slider,the spring has dead, replace it.
スライダーシャフトも交換
Also slidershaft
クラッチベアリング、スプリング点検
Check the clutch bearings and springs
ドライブチェーン交換
Drive chain replacement
キック周り取付
Inspection around kick gear
点火時期調整
SSはリアシリンダーで合わせてます。
Adjust the timing with the rear cylinder.
