Check the camshaft play
汚れとオイル漏れでかなり汚れています。
It's quite dirty with dirt and oil leaks.
シリンダーベースガスケットからの漏れが原因かな。
It seems that the cause is a leak from the cylinder base gasket.
カムカバー内点検
Check the inside cam cover
カムギアマークの点検
