溶接では無くJBボンドのような物で…
This transmission case..
The shifter fork shaft area has been cracked and repaired.
It’s not welding, it’s like JB bond ...
とりあえず分解、点検。
Disassembly and take a look
シフターフォークには手作りシムで調整してありました。
嫌な予感がします。
The shifter fork was adjusted with a handmade shim.
ケースの中を見るとズレてる後が見えます。そのズレをシムで調整したみたいですね。
これを直すには位置出しの治具を作らなけばいけません。
I look inside the case, I can see it is misaligned. It seems that was adjusted with a shim. I have to make a positioning fixture for repair.
手間を考えるとケース交換した方が安く済むので交換していきます。
It's cheaper to replace the case than to spend time, so I'll replace it.
古いブッシングやベアリングの交換
Replace old bushings and bearings
ブッシングを抜く為の穴を開けます。
Make a hole to remove the bushing.
右側のブッシングが抜けました。
The bushing on the right side has come off.
左側も。

洗浄、点検
Cleaning and check
よく死んでいるココのネジ山は数年前に修正済み。
This thread was fixed a few years ago
面だし後、新しいブッシングに交換。
古い物は緩かったので圧入分を考えてオーバーサイズに変更。
After surface, I replace it with a new bushing.
The old one was loose, so I changed it to oversize.
ベアリングも新しく。専用工具で割れないように。
Also new bearings. I use a special tool for not break.
ケースをしっかり温めて圧入
Heat the case and press fit
