741Scout。点火タイミング点検。ポイントギャップ調整。

It's 741 Scout. Check the ignition timing and adjust points gap

タイミングも調整。

Also adjusut the timing

One place was too wide, so I adjusted it.

プラグコードも交換していきます。

Also replace the plug code.

配線も修正したいですね。

ステム周りの動きが気になるので点検。

古いベアリング

old bearing

トップ側のベアリング点検。

Check the top bearing

ベアリングレースを溶接して外します。

Weld and remove the bearing races.

外したブラケット類

removed the bracket
洗浄後に点検

Check after cleaning

ステムナット修正

Fix the stem nut

アンダーベアリング交換

replace the under bearing

トップベアリングとレースも交換

Replace top bearing and race

アンダーブラケットのホーニング

Honing the under bracket

シャフトも消耗しているので交換

The shaft is also worn out, so replace it

新しいベアリング

new bearing

Keyとピンの穴位置を合わせます

Align the key and pin holes

ハンドルの曲がり。4ヶ所修正。

bending of the handle. Fixed 4 places.
