サビや固着が酷い状態です。
Too much rust and sticking
なかなかネジがゆるみません。
The screws don't come loose easily.
スロット側のスクリューもダメ。
慎重に溶接して

うまく外れてました。
It came off
分解。細かいメクラまで全て外せました。
Disassembly. I was able to remove all the small plugs.

汚れが落ちたのでボディの点検。
The grunge has been removed, so check the body
小物の点検。錆びる部品はペイント。
Check the small parts and paint
ブッシングもガタがあるので交換
アイドリングの安定感が変わります。
Replace the bushing
リーマーで調整
Adjust with the reamer
ガタ無くスムーズに動く所で仕上がりました。

ニードルの長さや当たり確認
Check the length of the needle
ボールが入ってなかったので追加
Add the ball
ここのスペーサーも大事です。
This spacer is also important.
フロートも新しく交換。油面調整
The float is also newly replaced. Adjust the float level
リークテストをすれば完成。
