クランクケースを温めて

Check the pinion side.
Warm a crankcase.

カムリフターシャフトの交換

Replacement of cam lifter shafts

ピニオンレースも抜いて

Also pull out the pinion race

外周が少し緩いのでオーバーサイズに交換

The O.D is a little loose, so replace it with an oversized race.

圧入前の内径測定

I.D measurement before press fitting

圧入治具を用意して

Prep a press-fitting jig

ワッシャーは落ちないようにグルーで

Glue the washers so they don't fall off.

ケースを温めて圧入。
ケース温度が低いと簡単に割れてしまうので慎重に

Warm the case and press fit.
If the case temperature is low, it will easily crack, so should be careful.

リフターシャフトの圧入も治具を使いケースを割らないように。

Use a jig to press-fit the lifter shaft so that the case is not broken. Of course, don't forget to control the temperature of the case.
