741 Scout/ Cam cover/ Oil pump

 

ピニオンギアの取付
741のピニオンギアはSSと違いテーパー。ピニオンシャフトとナットも741オンリー。

Installation of pinion gear

スタッドボルトの取付。曲がっている物は交換

Put the stud bolts. Replace bent one

カムとカムリフター取付

Mount the cam and cam lifter

カムシャフトのプレイ調整

Adjustment camshaft play

ここのクリアランスも確認

Check this clearance

オイルポンプの取付

Installation the oil pump

点火マークを出して

Put out the ignition mark

デスビシャフトの向きを合わせて取り付け

Install with correct of the distributor shaft aligned

オイルポンプの動作確認。

Check the movement of the oil pump.

クランキングしてクランクピンからオイルが落ちてくるのを確認。

Crank and check that the oil is falling from the crankpin.

サンプバルブを取り付け

Install the sump valve

取付け完了

Completed

更にクランキングしてケース内に溜まったオイルを吸い上げます。

Crank again and suck up the oil accumulated in the case.

ちゃんとオイルが戻ってきました👌

The oil is back👍
