次はフロント周り点検。
Next, check around the front
ホイールを外して
Remove the wheel
ブレーキ点検。試乗時に全く効かなかったので改良します。
Check the brake. It didn't work at all during test ride, so I'll improve it.
ハブベアリング点検、グリス Upでいけそう。
Check the hub bearings and grease up
ブレーキシュー交換。ドラムのベアリング点検
Replace the brake shoes. Check the drum bearings.
ブレーキシューの加工、調整
Adjust the brake shoes
フロントフェンダー内の点検。緩んでるボルトを発見。
Check the inside of the front fender. I found a loose bolt.
ハブブレーキボルトネジ山点検。
Check the hub brake bolt thread
ブレーキワイヤーのオイルup
Brake wire oil up
リンカートキャブのフィルター洗浄
Cleaning the filter of the Linkert carburetor
フォーク周りのグリスup
Grease up around the fork
リアのサスペンションにも
Also for the rear suspension
マフラーボルトが無いので追加しました。
I added it because there is no exhaust bolt
グリップがすぐ抜けるので改善
the grip comes off immediately,so fix it.
手動進角側グリスup
grease up for advance side
左アクセルグリップも。
Also left throttle grip.
シフターシャフトを外してシフターの動き確認
Remove the shifter shaft and check the movement of the shifter.
