カムリフターシャフトが消耗しています
Cam lifter shaft is worn out
ケースを温めて専用工具で入れ替え
Warm the case and replace it with a special tool
ピニオンシャフトのレース。
外周が少し緩いので一度抜いてオーバーサイズに変更。
Pinion shaft race.
The OD is a little loose, so I pulled it out and changed it to oversize.
こっちもケースを充分温めて治具を使い割れない様に圧入します。
This also warm the case sufficiently and use a jig to press it into place so that it does not crack.
圧入後は内径をもう一回測定し直します。
After press-fitting, measure the inner diameter again.
カムリフターのローラーの点検。ガタが大きいので
Checking cam lifter rollers.
ローラーとシャフトを入れ替え
Replace the roller and the shaft.
新しいリフターシャフトに合わせてホーニング
Honed with new lifter shaft

ケースのネジ山確認、修正
Check and fix the thread of the case
カムカバーも。ねじ山が一つでもダメだと作業が後戻りしますので慎重に確認します。
Also the cam cover. If even one thread is bad, the work will go backwards, so check carefully.
