1940 Indian Sport Scout /Cylinder honing/ Valve Job
40SSのパーツが届きました。
オーバーサイズピストンに変更。そのままでは入らないのでボアを広げる必要があります。
Got the parts for 40SS. Change to oversized piston. It will not fit as it is, so I need to widen the bore.
古い傷を取りながらサイズを広げます。

仕上げの細目ストーンに変更して最終寸法を目指します。
Change to fine stones for the final dimensions.
縦、横、上下を何度も測定しながら慎重に仕上げます。
Repeat the measurement again and again
狙ったクリアランスに仕上がりました。
Finished with good clearance.
古いキズも取れました。

GoodsonからValve ピロットも届いたので
