ドリルでかしめを取ります
Remove the caulking with a drill
外れました。
Came off
新しいシャフトに交換してプレス
Replace a new shaft and press
ブッシングはメインシャフトに合わせてホーニング
Honing the bushing to match the main shaft
クラッチスプロケット完成
Complete the clutch sprocket
インナープライマリー、クラッチパーツ洗浄。
ベアリング交換、面出し
Cleaning the inner primary and clutch parts.
Replace the bearing, surface facing
同時に組むパーツが多いので本組前に一度確認
There are many parts to be assembled at the same time, so check once before this assembly
ジェネレターのチェーン調整
adjustment the generator chain
クラッチ周りの点検
Look at around the clutch
クラッチは新しく
New clutch
点検、グリスup
Check and grease up
New Springs
カバーを取付ける前にプライマリーチェーンアジャスターなど確認
Check the primary chain adjuster etc. before put the cover
