仮組みが終わったので一度分解。

Trial assemble has just done and disassembled it once.

タペットをオーバーサイズに変更

Change the tappet to oversize

専用のストーンを使ってホーニングでサイズ合わせ

Adjust the size by honing using a special stone

仮組みが終わっているので一気に組み上げ完了。クランクの動きも変わらず凄く良い。

The trial assemble has been completed, so I assembled it right away. The crank movement is still so good.

カム、カムリフター、ピニオンギア組付

Assemble the cam, cam lifter, and pinion gear

カムシャフトのエンドプレイ調整

Adjust camshaft end play

OH済みのオイルポンプを取付て

Install the rebuilt oil pump

オイル潤滑点検

Check the oil lubrication

オイルも無事に回ってok
